Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

We want every project to meet your expectations. This policy explains when and how refunds apply at each stage of a project.

2. Full Refund

A full refund is available if you cancel within 24 hours of payment AND the translator has not yet started work. Email billing@fastytranslate.com with subject "Cancellation Request" within that window.

3. Partial Refund Schedule

• Less than 25% of translation complete: 60% refund
• 25% to 50% complete: 30% refund
• Over 50% complete: No refund; project delivered to agreed scope

Completion is measured by word count translated, documented in our project management system.

4. Quality Issues

If delivered content contains errors that materially misrepresent the source text, we correct them at no charge within 14 days of delivery. Contact hello@fastytranslate.com with specific examples and we will investigate within 3 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Consultation hours where sessions have already taken place
• Rush delivery fees once the 24-hour delivery window has begun
• Add-on services already completed (notarization, proofreading)
• Projects cancelled more than 14 days after full delivery

6. Refund Process

1. Email billing@fastytranslate.com with subject "Refund Request"
2. Include your name, email, order date, and reason
3. We acknowledge within 1 business day and decide within 3 business days
4. Approved refunds are issued via Stripe within 5 to 10 business days
