These Terms govern all services provided by Fasty Translate, 2411 2nd St, Ville Platte, LA 70586, USA. By placing an order you accept these Terms in full.
Fasty Translate provides translation, localization, and related language services. All deliverables are digital and delivered electronically. No physical goods are produced or shipped.
An order is confirmed when Stripe processes payment successfully. By completing checkout you confirm that you are 18 or older, that your billing information is accurate, and that you accept these Terms and the Refund Policy.
Each project is delivered according to the scope confirmed at order. Changes to word count, language pairs, or file types after payment may require a change order and additional payment. We notify you before incurring additional costs.
You agree to provide source files within 2 business days of the project brief request. Delays in providing source materials extend the delivery timeline proportionally and do not constitute a breach of contract by Fasty Translate.
We provide revisions as specified per package. Revision rounds expire 60 days after delivery. Requests that change the meaning, purpose, or audience of the translation constitute new scope and are priced separately.
We treat all submitted documents as confidential. All translators sign NDAs. We do not publish or disclose client content without written consent.
Upon full payment, all rights to the translated content transfer to you. You retain all rights to your source content throughout. We retain the right to reference the project type (not content) in our portfolio.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including lost revenue or business interruption.
These Terms are governed by German law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ville Platte, Louisiana, USA.
